DEB Bell | general Manager

Deb Bell is an accomplished community association manager with over 10 years of experience. She is passionate about creating desirable communities for residents to call home. She enjoys educating others and sharing her expertise, which led her to author pre-licensure course material and instruct students.

Deb is serving the Florida Community Association Regulatory Council. In this role, she aims to help establish best practices for community association management across the state.

Deb's dedication to integrity, teamwork and innovation aligns perfectly with FirstService Residentials core values. She also embraces their service philosophy of doing what’s right, building great relationships, aiming high and owning it, to name a few.

When not working, Deb finds joy spending time with her family. She loves traveling in their RV, and enjoying the outdoors.

Michelle McCarthy | Administrative Assistant

Michelle McCarthy is a Florida native born and raised in Pinellas County.  She has 4 children and 2 grandchildren.

Michelle was employed by First Service Residential in March of 2025 at Harbour Isle on Anna Maira Sound.  She comes from another property management company in Pinellas County.  She was the Administrative Assistant for 20 different properties for 5 individual Community Association Managers.  She also has a Data and Records Management background with Pinellas County School District for 27 years. 

In her free-time, Michelle enjoys the outdoors, horseback riding on trails, relaxing on the boat fishing or beach taking in the sunset and vacationing in the Smokey Mountains.  But spending time with her family and two fur babies are her favorite.

  Ashley Wilcko| Lifestyle Operations Manager

 

Ashley Wilcko, originally from Pennsylvania, graduated with her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Aurora University, a small private college in the western suburbs of Chicago.

In her role as the Lifestyle Operations Manager at Harbour Isle, she brings a diverse professional background and a deep commitment to enhancing well-being and community engagement. Ashley’s previous work experiences as a Resident Lifestyle Facilitator, Compliance Coordinator, and Marketing Representative have equipped her with a versatile skill set. She has managed comprehensive programs, transportation operations, compliance initiatives, and resident activities, all with the goal of enriching the lives of those she serves. At Harbour Isle, Ashley is dedicated to ensuring that everyone experiences a dynamic and fulfilling lifestyle while fostering a strong sense of community among everyone.

Ashley loves to be in the great outdoors, where she enjoys biking, hiking, and embarking on journey’s exploring the world!

JON MILLER | COMMUNITY APPEARANCE COORDINATOR

As a Landscaper, I have developed my skills from the ground up, learning hands-on techniques from various mentors throughout my career. I bring over 35 years of acquired knowledge and practical experience to the Property. I spent 24 years working for a local Landscape Contractor, where I served as a manager for 14 years until they retired and sold the business. I have completed the Certified Horticulture Professional course offered by the Florida Nursery, Growers and Landscapers Association, and I have also obtained a Best Management Practices Certificate from the State of Florida.

 

As a Father and Grandfather, I cherish spending time with my family, enjoying trips to Disney and other theme parks. I also have a passion for reading and continually learning about various subjects of interest.
